MiniCare is a 501C3 designated as a public charity by the IRS. Its mission is simple; provide low cost primary care to millions of Americans who cannot afford to see a doctor. Each Member pays a $5.00 annual membership fee and $22.00 per office visit. MiniCare does not require or accept any form of insurance.

Small businesses can subscribe to MiniCare’s “Corporate Plan” whereby. employers are charged an annual fee along with a deposit based on the number of MiniCare ID cards issued.

Gold Plan Members are entitled to unlimited office visits at one fixed monthly cost.

As someone who has personally experienced both the best and the worst of life, I realize the need for a low cost health care system. Many Americans today, for one reason or another, do not have health insurance and are unable to qualify for Medicare or Medicaid. For this reason, I have created MiniCare, a non-profit 501C3 corporation created to establish low fee primary care clinics throughout the nation that will cater to the uninsurred.

MiniCare's fees will be set at $22 per office visit and a yearly membership fee of $5 per year will be charged each patient. The clinics will be open seven days a week with no appointment necessary and no insurance will be accepted, only cash or credit card.

Referrals made by our providers will be available to a network of local specialists who have also agreed to greatly reduce their fees accordingly.

To accomplish these goals MiniCare has been designated as a public charity by the IRS and needs to raise funds through public donations. In addition MiniCare will apply for various other programs including; federal, state and institutional grants, employment as well as community redevelopment grants.
